Two people have been caught driving in front of a police car while on their phones in quick succession.
The roads policing unit caught both drivers on the A350, with one already on nine points now facing prosecution.
The other now faces six points on their previously clean license and £200 fine.
Wiltshire Special Operations posted: “The pen had only just gone away and this time a car driver decided to use their phone whilst driving in front of RPU.
“Driver who has a clean licence will now face at least 6 points and a £200 fine.”
Earlier, a van driver was caught on the A350 in Melksham using his mobile phone while driving.
They also had no insurance leading to their vehicle being seized and the driver reported.

Can I use my phone as a sat-nav?
RAC writes: “It is no excuse to say you’re simply following a map on your phone and that's why you've picked it up.
“If you wish to use an app for directions you should fix the phone to the windscreen or dashboard, so it’s in clear view while driving (but not obstructing your view), without requiring you to hold or interact with it.”
